Clients

Client management software should be easily customized to match the information required to effectively manage your customers. This results in uncluttered, easy to read screens along with quick information entry and retrieval.

ClientScope is fully configurable so only the information you need is in the application. This is accomplished by user-defined, formatted customer data fields.

Information is entered directly from the keyboard or selected from lists which are also user-defined.

Clients and Details

The client list and details for the selected customer are prominently displayed on the main screen.

  • The next appointment date, time and task is displayed for each customer.
  • List sort can be easily changed by clicking the name, next appointment date, time or task header.
  • Define data fields to suit your requirements. In the above example, Last Charge, Last Tip, Last Style, Shampoo, Satisfaction, Chemicals and Chemicals 2 are user-defined.
  • Information is entered directly into the formatted fields or selected from user-defined lists. In the above example, Chemicals 2 has a user-defined list with Bleach and Peroxide selections.
  • Screens can be moved, sized and hidden.

 

Notes

Free form notes of unlimited length can be associated with each customer. In the following example, notes are being entered for Jane Doe.

 

Adding New Clients

New clients are added by simply entering the customer name. Duplicate names are allowed. In the following example, new client Samuel Adams is being added.

 

Details

Custom configure customer information.

  • Use from one to thirty user-defined data fields.
  • Data can be formatted as required. In the above example, the Date can be formatted as Sun, Jun 19, 2009 or 19-6-09 or 6/19/2009. There are additional formatting options for Numbers with Commas, Numbers without Commas, Currency, Time, Phone Number, Social Security Number and Zip Code.
  • Predefined fields can be intermixed with your own custom definitions.
  • Selection lists can be optionally associated with any field. In the above example, a City selection list with Detroit, Livonia and Macomb entries is being added.
  • Lists can be easily sorted.
  • Lists can be imported from another source.
